4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Every game on Vellkie is supplied by internationally certified gaming providers, and all game outcomes are determined by a certified, impartial RNG (Random Number Generator).

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the round will be considered void and all wagers will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on our servers and will be visible once you reconnect.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games. In the event of a technical error, the game provider's rules apply.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, all wagers will be refunded.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed without any proven violation, the remaining balance will be refunded. Separate rules apply to any bonus-related balance.
